response, so it is recorded either way.
Defaults to 500: a data point is a failure unless a Worker says otherwise.
Lower it to 400 to add client errors, or to 0 to record everything on a
Worker where request rate and latency percentiles are worth the volume —
neither is answerable from a dataset holding only failures, because the
denominator is no longer in it.
